CASCADE PACIFIC PULP OPEN POSITIONS
Controls Engineer (Posted: Oct 26, 2018)
As an essential member of our staff you will be involved in managing and supporting instrument and engineering for controls projects including development and execution of repair plans, and updates/maintenance for DCS, PLC and PI systems; oversight of the process control fiber optic media server base network; and providing controls engineering support for DCS, PLC and PI systems as well as leadership in capital and other mill projects.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, open to challenging opportunities, and driven to excel.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field; experience or education working with process controls and network systems for pulp & paper preferred but will consider recent college graduate; additional company-paid training/education will be provided as needed.
Mechanical Engineer (Posted: Oct 23, 2018)
Cascade Pacific Pulp is looking for an exceptional Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Halsey Oregon.
As an essential member of our staff you will be involved in engineering analysis of structures & fluid systems; systems design and trouble-shooting; development and execution of repair plans for critical equipment as well as selection, installation and commissioning of new equipment; and providing leadership in capital and maintenance projects including project budget creation and cost control.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, open to challenging opportunities, and driven to excel.
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Preference given for industrial experience including project management experience on capital and maintenance projects; FE/EIT; experience with AutoCad / Solidworks, machine design, structural analysis and/or mechanics of fluid.
